The celebration of Holy Week begins on Palm Sunday, which is the commemoration of Jesus’ entry into the city of Jerusalem in the last week of his life here on earth. We then walk through Maundy Thursday, which is the commemoration of the institution of the Lord’s Supper, and Good Friday, as we meditate on the betrayal, crucifixion, death, burial, and prophecy of Jesus. Our celebration culminates with our celebration of Jesus’ resurrection on Easter Sunday.
It is really difficult to experience the glory, the goodness, and the celebration of Easter if you haven’t walked through the rest of the story up until that point. So please join us as we walk through Jesus’ last week here on earth, Bring your children, bring your friends and neighbors, and make this Easter especially meaningful.
