Current Sermon Series
The Greek philosopher Plato said, "The measure of a man is what he does with power." The world's history and the Bible's story are full of examples of people’s poor stewardship of their God-given power. As a result, the world is filled with war, injustice, oppression, and evil. God, in his grace, would not leave mankind in this state. The prophet Isaiah tells of the coming Messiah who would demonstrate God’s character as he used his power to be a Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace.
